Picture of the Week: Back to School Shopping The girls stayed at Grandpa and Grandma Espejo's on Sunday night for a cousin sleepover, and they all went swimming when they woke up Monday morning. Meanwhile, baby napped at the office with Mama. He rolled around on the floor and attempted to get his thumb in to his mouth. Perry came home and was so excited to see her baby bro. Tuesday morning, we had a gorgeous sunrise. Since I have to be at work at seven, and Kids' Zone doesn't open until seven, I've been taking the girls to Grandma Espejo's all summer, and she takes them to Kids' Zone on her way to work. The girls have been loving it and have had so many fun field trips. They were also happy to see some familiar friends the first week and have made new friends, too. Brother snuggled with me after nursing. He spit up all over me, so we both changed and continued to snuggle. We've been swaddling him

Baby Brother is three months old! That's one quarter of his first year already. He's really a happy baby. He's always kicking his little legs and is smiling more and more every day. He only cries if he's hungry, and you've ignored the previous five minutes of him grunting and yelling "meh!". I like to think he's really trying to yell "ma!". He still goes by Brother, but we've also been calling him Bro Bro, Brother Bear, Buddy, and Brudder. Whenever Perry comes close, she tells us to say, "sister is here". She'll get upset if you say, "There's Perr Perr", and quickly reminds us, "No! Say 'there's sister!'" Brother is weighing in at thirteen pounds and is twenty-four and a half inches long. He's really getting chubby and has lots of rolls all over. For those keeping record, Grace was fifteen, Char was eleven and a half, and Perry was twelve pounds.   He's

Picture of the Week: Cousin Time at Grandma's Brother's cheeks were looking extra full at work on Monday. Perry and Grace watched movies with him before bed. We snuggled in the La-Z-Boy after work. He hung out in his Boppy in the pack n play, while we cooked dinner. He held on tightly to his ball. We've been working on his coordination this week and grabbing onto his toys. Brother was in a good mood after his morning nap at the office. He's been holding my thumb lately as he nurses, and it might be my favorite thing ever. He's such a big boy and likes to sit up or stand all the time now to see what's going on. He's still the cutest little napper, though. I especially love how he always wakes up so stinking happy. Grace took a selfie with her jell-o. Brother napped in the pack 'n play. He hung out in his Moba basket outside, while the kids played w
