...we went shopping again and Grace got some Wetzel's Pretzel Bites for being so good (but let's be honest...this kid is ALWAYS good when we go shopping because she loves to shop!):
...Grace made up a new game. She hides Olivia and says, "uh-oh" and then says, "Olivia" like she can't find her. Crazy kid:
...we went to dinner with Isaac's mom and cousins that were in town from Virginia. Grace tried ranch for the first time and made a new friend:
...Char was sleeping so peacefully Monday morning that I didn't want to wake her up. ...she made me a pretty picture at school with chalk. ...she continued her obsession with the easel and colored (and watched Toy Story ) while waiting for Daddy to get home from work. Hooray for panties! ...it got cold and windy again, but we played outside anyways. Isaac played catch with the neighbor boys, while JJ flew the kite and Char strutted her stuff. ...the girls danced around the living room. There is an iTunes Radio station called 'Frozen Radio' that the girls are crazy about. They play random Disney songs, and we listen to it all.the.time. (After watching this a few times, I realized that Char was trying to sing "friend in" as in "You've Got a Friend In Me".) ...Grace put Charley to bed by tickling her face. ...the girls got cake pops. Yep, for breakfast. ...we got to school a few minute
...Gracie was still not feeling very well on Monday, so I picked her up from school at lunch time. She came to work with me and fell right to sleep. Papa Rick came in and woke her up, so she spent the rest of the afternoon coloring at my desk while watching Ghostbusters on her iPad. ...we went to pick up Char after work, and the girls got Slurpees and Doritos on the way home. Bro Bro is nine months old! I can't even believe it. He's now been on the outside longer than he was on the inside. He's still the happiest, most smiley baby around. Any time he makes eye contact with any of us, he just lights up, and he has a huge toothy grin now. Kid just got his eighth tooth! He's still drooling like a maniac, and everything he touches goes right in to his mouth. He is currently weighing in at twenty pounds, eight ounces and is twenty-eight and a half inches long. (Grace was 22.5 lbs - Charley was 18.5 lbs - Perry was 18 lbs, they were all 27.5 inches) He is wearing mostly twelve month sizes in clothing and is between size two and three in shoes. He's still in size four diapers and will be for a while. Brother has finally started eating pureed baby foods but only by the pouch. He doesn't want you to feed him with a spoon, because that's baby stuff. His favorite is Happy Baby's banana, sweet potato, and papaya. H
